(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following "Mobile App Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of personal information entrusted to us by customers in connection with the mobile app backup service "Mobile App" (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by the Company.

The Company has established a "Personal Information Protection Policy" and implements the following security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data.

6. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Company will not provide personal data to third parties without the customer’s consent, except in the following cases:

  2. When necessary to protect human life, body, or property and obtaining the customer's consent is difficult
  3. When necessary for public health or child welfare, and obtaining the customer's consent is difficult
  4. When cooperation with government authorities is necessary for legal compliance, and obtaining consent may interfere with legal procedures

7. Outsourcing of Personal Data Processing

The Company may outsource the processing of personal data within the scope necessary to achieve the intended purposes. In such cases, the Company will select contractors based on certain criteria and execute agreements that include confidentiality clauses to ensure proper management and supervision.

  2. Scope of entities sharing data: The Company and NortonLifeLock Inc.
  3. Purpose of shared data use:
    1. For registration, identity verification, communication, contract execution, maintenance, security, and enhancement of this Service
